Charles Mostoller is an independent photojournalist based in Asheville, North Carolina. He is a contributor to Reuters, and his work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, PDN, Newsweek, TIME, The Guardian, Le Monde, and many others. He specializes in documentary, editorial portraiture, and photojournalism. A graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, he attended the 25th Eddie Adams Workshop in 2012 and LOOK3's triennial LookBetween gathering for young photographers in June 2014. He is an FAA licensed drone pilot, and is fluent in Spanish.  He is available for assignments throughout the Appalachian region, including eastern Tennessee, northern Georgia, central and western North Carolina, South Carolina, and western Virginia.
